Competition Entry for the Everyville Competition that imagined a parking structure as a planned relic of a city. Its planning starts with its utility, it would serve as a parking garage at the bullseye of a zoning ordinance that would encourage growth around it. Growth would eventually supplant its utility leading to its obsolescense, where then it would inherity a variety of functions: Park, Cultural Center...
